How I can lose my 15 lb?
I am 35 years old and on the one hand, it is a lot, but on the other, it is the beginning of conscious life. But with my - 5'8,5 ", I have 165.3lb. Until recently, I had 150lb and I felt great. But for a couple of years that I was sitting with my child, the weight increased. With weight came headache, insomnia, depressive states. I'm tired of them and want to feel a surge of strength again. So how do you lose those 15lb of mine?

Thank you for responding. I no longer feel lonely with my problem ... I walk around the house for about 5 km (I bought a pedometer from a Chinese fitness bracelet). It's simple because cleaning up the house is the responsibility of every woman. I do not eat sugar, bread, pasta, and flour, but I use a spoonful of honey a day. I eat vegetables, fruits, salads with olive oil. I allow myself 1 pound of turkey a week. I use dairy products. Do yoga twice a week. I used to run 30 minutes in the morning, but I ran into a bicycle. Now, due to a knee injury, she stopped running. That seems to be all.

I stopped eating pork, fatty foods, and pasta, and then I bought a simple Chinese fitness bracelet. It counted my steps when I walked in the mornings first 1 mile, then 2 miles, and so on up to 5 miles. Then she started running. After a collision with a cyclist, my knee hurts and I can't run anymore. I'm bored and not in the mood for a walk. My brother advised me to buy a gravel bike myself. I was thinking of taking the cheapest Chinese, but he advised under 1000 here (it would be useful when the son grows up!). Now I'm wondering what brand to choose. That's all. Can gravel bike really help lose weight? Till now, I only knew of gravel as a material that is mixed into the mortar used to build concrete walls. This is something new!
