How Much "Good" Sugar?
I do not eat prepackaged, processed foods. Or very little anyway. I am having trouble knowing how much sugar to put in my targets? The sugar I get comes from what is naturally in vegetables, fruit, dairy products etc. Any answers?

40 grams is the recommended amount for non-diabetic people.
