How can I get motivated to exercise.?
I understand that exercise is something that is very important and it's needed in order to reach goals.. But I Can't seem to stop eating long enough to exercise.. And I'm always tired so that really doesn't help my regimen at all..

No time to exercise
Get out and walk 1 block will lead you to walk two block or three or four--- just get out and do it!!! Bring your ipod or radio may help...

20 Minutes
I do 20 minutes of Zumba in the morning. It's fun and does not feel like exercise. Once you get started it becomes a habit.

Imagine
I start to think of what I will look like when I reach my goal...then I go look in the mirror and focus on what areas I need to work on and thats what gets me ready.

Imagine
your welcome. I have had alot of problems in this area for a while but this really helps....after i look in the mirror, then i go outside and workout so i can break a good sweat also, then after i come in and drink some water and cool off some then i go back and tan for an hour just to relax and have a good tan. getting tan seems to help me look at my body in a better way! you should friend me so we can keep each other motivated!
