How do I "Save Workout Plan"?
I choose the day of the workout I want to save, then it asks "range" I try to choose dates but it only shows up to March 15. Should I just type something in manually? I just want to not have to track all the exercises everytime I track. Thanks.

saving a workout
I know you can enter up to a week at a time. However I belive you have to make sure that you hit the "save and update" button so the tracker will show. Hope this helps!

Workout Plan ...
Mine is showing that I can select up through today... don't know why you can't get beyond 3/15. Make sure you have saved and submitted your daily exercises for the date range you are trying to save.

I know what you mean about not having to enter the same exercises everyday!! I set up a basic day for myself with almost everything I do and then just tweak it daily :)

Okay I will try that, Thanks.
Now I will need to figure out how to take the general workout I do, and link it to the day I am on. It's mostly trial and error. Thanks again!
