How do I get rid of tennis elbow????? Ugh it hurts alot.
Don't want to take any meds for it but it looks like I might have to. Would hot or cold packs help this pain go away. A few years back my dr gave me a shot which relieved the pain but I don't want to do that again. HELP any suggestions would be appreciated.

Don't play tennis!! LOL
Seriously, anti inflammatory meds will help, but take with food/milk to protect tummy! Also, epson salt soak will help and wrapping it with ace bandage and no STRAIN!!!

A natural anti-inflammatory herb is Turmeric. There are recipes for turmeric tea online if you are interested in trying a natural anti--inflammatory instead of an over-the-counter med.

Tennis Elbow
I have worked with many physicians over the years and the most treatment recommended was rest and the use of an immobilizer to INSURE rest. Hope you are feeling better.

I suffered with this for over 3 months.
I didn't want to go to the doctor because I figured that they would just tell me to immobilize it. Yeah, right, with three kids. So I suffered and by the end of the day the arm would be useless.
I ended up going to the doctor for something else and mentioned it as a side note and low and behold there's a thing for it. I feel so stupid. All it is a little black Velcro strap that goes about an inch in front of your elbow. It totally worked from that day forward. Within a few weeks I was back to normal.
Here's a link to one. Read the reviews. Hope this helps.
