How do I use the exerciser tracker.
Help, I am kinda of new and I cannot figure out how to track the exercise I do each day. I normally walk 2.5-3 miles a day plus 30-45- minutes of wt lifting, stretching and toning.
I have tired and I just cannot figure it out.. I slowly learnng how to use the other tracker.

Tracker
Click on workout and fitness then workout tracker
Fit click sorts exercise by catagory
I like to do cardio one day and cardio and strength the next
if you mark your regular as favorites (click the heart)
they are easier to find the next time
