How do you get enough calcium daily?
By using fitclick I realized I wasn't getting any where near the calcium intake that I should be getting. I know there are vitamins and even tums extra strength, but I want to natural as much as possible. And I have an intolerance to dairy. What other foods have calcium besides milk, and how can I meet the target?

Eat calicum fortified foods like Oatmeal, vegtables, especially spinach, broccoli and dark leafy veggies. Nuts almond and brazillian. Orange juice, cranberry juice, breakfast cereals. Many foods are calcium fortified.
