How do you get your daily PROTEIN?
What foods do you rely on for your target on PROTEIN?

I have been falling way short. I don't want to have to drink protein/whey/cassein or to much in the way of nuts or beans or quinoa.

Any other ways to add it without resorting to red meat or farmed fish? I ate hamburgers all weekend and got a serious case of pain'gout in my shoulder yesterday. I am sure it is from purines.

I usually end up having to use a scoop of protein powder in some yogurt otherwise I end up having enough protein but way too much fat.
