How much timem do you spend working out?
I know people who practically live at the gym but I'm sure several of you know that working out longer than an hour can cause your body to start producing more lactic acid, cortisol, along with other things...

Personally speaking, once I get going - it's hard to stop. How much time do you spend working out?

Re:
I usually spend an hour and a half to 2 hours, but sometimes it's hard to stop too. Ideally I'd like to go for a set hour but more frequently, but my schedule is just too crazy it doesnt usually work out.

How much time????
I spend an hour at cardio/then I'll spend about 45 mins with strength
three to four days a week.

On the other 2 or 3 days...I spend an hour at yoga, and an hour in Cardio.

That don't count the time I like in the steam room and sauna.

I don't spend a lot of time working out yet, since I've only recently started working out more seriously. Sometimes I go to the gym and work out on different machines. A couple of days ago I discovered running. I found out about it thanks to running blog and became very interested in it. I run in the morning every day when it's not hot. Cardio exercise for me has always been above all other workouts and exercises.
