How often do you buy new exercise shoes?
I am unsure how old my shoes are...I have three pair that I rotate. wondered what are the signs that warn me that I need to buy new ones!

how does the wear and tear look on the treads? inside soles?
I keep track of the mileage on my shoes ;)
