How to Input info on the workout schedule
Hi All,
I am new to this site and am having difficulties inputting my routine information. Can anybody help me please?

re: Tracking Workouts
Follow these steps to properly track your workouts:
1) Click Add an Exercise under the cardio/strength sections
2) Click the "+" sign to add individual exercises
3) Enter the appropriate values under the "actual" fields for time/distance/weight/reps
4) Once you've added all of your exercises and "actual" values, click "save and update."
5) To finish tracking your workout, click "Submit Results"
Please keep in mind that all previously assigned workouts must have their results entered before the system allows you to track results for current/future workouts. You can also you the "delete day" feature if you did not complete the assigned workout.
