BAD KNEE HELP
THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR KNEE'S IS MAKE SOME SAND BAGS AND PUT ON YOUR ANKLE AND LIFT THE WEIGHTS. START OUT LIGHT AND FEW, THEN INCREASE AS TIME GOES ON. YOU HAVE 4 QUAD MUSCLES IN YOUR TIGHT THAT ATTACHES TO YOUR KNEE AND THAT WILL HELP STRENGTHEN YOUR KNEES AND MAKE THEM FEEL BETTER, PLUS GET SOME KIND OF EXERCISE

Cardio
Technically - anything that gets your heartrate up is cardio. You can get your heart rate up with bodyweight exercises or by working out with weights. If you did several rotating sets of pushups and plank holds that would definitely get your heart rate way up and you'd build muscle in your chest, shoulders, arms, abs and back as well. Add some glute bridges with leg extension in there as well to work your glutes and hamstrings as well. There are a lot of great heart-pumping exercises you can do with a bosu ball as well 3 of my favs: jacknives, ball step offs (in plank with feet/ankles on the ball - and step one foot off and touch the floor with your toe, take it back to the ball and then step off with the other foot - repeat as many times as you can for 1 min), and swiss skiers on the ball (plank with shins on the ball, dip one hip at a time down towards the floor, twisting from the waist--same motion as slalom skiing--do as many reps as you can for 1 min).

Cardio
Well as I understand it you can participate in water exercises, and have you tried an eliptical machine? Its not as hared on knees as jogging.
