How to get a leaner more ripped upper body?
i've always been in decent shape my whole life. i can run 4 miles no problem, i can do 12 pull ups, i can bench press max at 200 lbs. im 20 yrs old, height 5'6 and weighing at 155 lbs.

right now im in week 12 of p90x, but so far my body definition is not where i wanted it to be. My arms barely show definition when i flex.

i dont know what im doing wrong because my diet seems to be okay. the only supplement that i take is protein which is about twice a week.

here's what i eat in a typical day. breakfast: oatmeal w/banana. snack: baby carrots and protein bar. lunch: turkey sandwich. dinner: white rice (not so good i know) with tuna in water or sometimes with stir fry.

Hmmmmm
I think a lot of guys would kill to be where you are right now. Good work!

Since you're doing P90X (and knowing how physically intense the program is), I'm not going to suggest any workouts/exercise.

What I will suggest, is to increase your protein then. Try incorporating Egg Whites (Egg Beaters) into your daily diet. It's very little carbs and calories, a ton of 'Jersey Shore' protein. Lol. And, with your current diet, a carton of beaters (about $3.25 a carton) a week would be insignificant. Just a thought. Good luck!

thnx for the suggestion
thanks for the extra tip, the only reason why i haven't been taking too much protein is because im trying to get lean and stay lean. i average about 100-120 grams of protein a day.
My goal is to get my muscles to show (if i have any lol) without bulking up.
but i will take your suggestion and increase my protein intake to 140-150 grams
