How to track... ??
Hi! I'm new here and I was just wondering if anyone knew how to track some of the exercises I received from my chiropractor. She gave me 3 key exercises:

1) Dead bug - where you lie on your back and you lower your opposite leg and arm down to the ground while keeping your core tight and your low back on the ground

2) Bird-dog where you lie face up on your back and lift opposite leg and arm while keeping core tight

3) Wall angels - where you stand against a wall and bring your elbows down towards your hips without lifting them off the wall

Does anyone know how to track these???
