I am never hungry, but I want to eat all the time. If I see food on tv then i want it. It takes all my strength just to talk myself into not eating when I not hungry. My stomach seems to always be full, but I want to eat.

Sandi, you may be cutting things down too much. Even with working long shifts like that 900 calories a day is really low. Make sure you get your vitamins in! I admit those fiber one brownies are pretty good. Their chewy bars are pretty good as well. My whole family loves the oats & chocolate one. I just brought the oats & caramel one with me to work today to try. Be careful with the prepared snacks and bars though, they can be high in sodium which doesn't help in our battle. You're better off taking a scoop of granola (great in yogurt!) then eating one of those usually.

I think we all need to drink more water. It helps keep you full. Remember it takes the brain about 20 minutes to realize you are full, too, so eating slowly helps. I'm guilty of being a fast eater, so I know when I'm taking my time I do feel full faster. That's why restaurants try and get you to eat bread, appetizers and salads before the meal. It fills you up and they don't have to use as much of the more expensive food items. Will you really notice if your plate has 7 oz. of meat instead of 8 or 9 oz.? I highly doubt it.

not ever full
i have a different problem. my stomach doesn't fill up until i am misserable. i can eat so much without feeling full then i take one more bite and i'm misserable. i have to deal with feeling hungry even when i'm not. i have almost gotten to the point that i force myself not to eat until my blood sugar feels low cause i don't know when i'm really hungry just based on my stomach.

remember we as humans don't need to diet! ever! we need to practice good and healthy lifestyles. i find that if i deprive myself what i'm craving i'll just end up pigging out on it when i finally cave. so if i'm having a craving for mcD's i'll go and get a small sandwich and a small fry. that way i'm getting some and the craving isn't as strong. but when i do this i also make sure to drink more water cause it helps to fill me up and to flush the extra sodium from the fast food. good luck!

More Meals
Try eating smaller meals 5 to 6 times a day, each having some protein, fiber and carbs to keep you full. Think of fast food as "junk" that just make you fat and no nutrional value.

LEAN CUISINE!!!
I've only just begun to lose weight....but I must say that lean cuisines are delicious!!! Honestly, where else can you eat a whole portion that is healthy, low-cal, low fat and so yummariffic??
I've only been eating them for a couple of days, but by having one for lunch and dinner I have already lost about 6 lbs!

Protein and Fiber
If I get lots of fiber I find that I am rarely hungry. I also find that when I get plenty of protein I feel more satisfied. Eating "fast" carbs like refined grains and sugars do the opposite to me. If I avoid my "trigger" foods I can usually keep the binge monster at bay.
