IDEA: Tracking Fluctuations in Diet
Often I lack motivation to stay on track when it comes to the foods I'm eating. It would be great if the diet tracker would graph fluctuations in my diet: a side-by-side comparison of what I ate on Monday, versus Tuesday, Wednesday, etc., and how the various categories (carbs, calories, fat, etc.) fluctuate by day.
If I can visually notice that I'm eating way too many carbs, for instance, then it will help me work harder on this discipline.
I think over time this will help me eat proper portions that will lead to reaching fitness goals.
