I NEED HELP!
Hey, everyone! I'm pretty new on here and really need people to help motivate me to stay on track, share recipes, etc. Please add me as a friend! I need to lose 35lbs for my wedding in April! EEK!

Congrats on your wedding
I am new myself and do not know how to add a friend. I am just stumbling through...if I find out how when I am on here I will do my best to help you get healthier. I myself am trying to lose like 50lbs by mid May....EEEEK

i am in the same boat as you i have the same amount to lose as well, and im almost through my first week at the gym and busting my butt for sure :) i dont have a support team other than my husband who goes to the gym everyday with me, and just walking into the gym gives me motivation now and it feels good to go to the gym to get a good workout in for sure, im here if u need to talk or have any questions.

Stick with it.
whatever plan you decide on just stick with it everyweek even if you miss a day just get right back in there!
