I WANT KILLER ABS. NOW. PLZ.
I was recently injured and had to go through surgery. Now I am ready to get back in shape! This will be tough because my leg still hurts at times and my muscles have atrophied. Any tips??? I'm a slender female, age 22.

Slow and Easy
Not knowing the extent of your surgery, have you been doing any Physical Therapy on the advice of your doctor? You also have your young age going for you so I would think your routine in getting back to exercise would not be that long assuming you are getting the proper PT treatment.

Slow is best to gain strength, it takes time, but worth it!

My doctor is an idiot. He said i was 'good as new.' Bitch, I can't even go up and down the stairs normally. -.- Can't jump either, hurts too much.

Anyway, I'm sure I can do it. Working on an exercise plan right now.
