I WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT AND TONE IT UP
What can I do to gain and tone my body? I don't want to loose any weight. I want to gain and eat right also. But the workouts don't say how long you should work out or how many you should do a day as far as reps and time. And how many a day and for how many days. Or maybe I'm just not looking at it right. Someone please help. Thanks.

GAIN???? Only wish that was my issue. I've almost reached my goal but seem to have setbacks on the weekends. Good luck... Eat ice cream loaded with all sorts of goodies just b4 you go to bed everynite!

The best way
Eat a ballanced nutritional meals lots of protein. Then have a protein shake for desert. To tone light weight lots or reps 18-25
