I cannot get the Workout Tracker to work!! Help, Please!!!
I have followed all the directions and tips in this forum, as well. I can add the exercises but when I post, it shows as no calories burned. The Diet tracker is so easy to use and it seems as if this should be to but apparently, I need someone to walk me through this. Thanks for any help you can offer.

After you enter the workout save edits and then hit submit, it should show up then. You dont have to do this on te Diet tracker. I had teh same problem

I figured it out with some help.
When you see the cardio or strength exercise come up, take your cursor over to the actual column and enter the time, weight, reps, etc. It is confusing because it doesn't look like anything can be entered there but it can. Hope this helps.
