I can't get my calories burned counter working.
I don't see where I can enter in minutes, or where the heart rate thing is. I am trying to add 30 minutes of yoga, it just won't adjust the part where it say 0 calories burned. Is it a Chrome browser problem?

RE: Burned Calories
When logging into your account, your Workout Tracker shows 94 burned calories for your tracked workout on November 1. Are you unable to view this in your Workout Score Card and/or My Progress page?

For future reference, you can follow these steps to properly track your workout:

1) Click Add an Exercise under the cardio/strength sections
2) Click the "+" sign to add individual exercises
3) Enter the appropriate values under the "actual" fields for time/distance/weight/reps
4) Once you've added all of your exercises and "actual" values, click "Submit Results"
5) If you are editing a workout that has already been submitted, remember to click "save and update."

VERY frustrating
I've tried to follow these instructions and I still can't get the "calories burned" to work.

Step 1: No problem
Step 2: Click the "+" and instead of getting the opportunity to enter actual data into fields, the exercise is automatically loaded onto my tracker with no way for me to add actual values.
Step 4: I click "Submit Results" but since I wasn't able to add any actual values, results show "0 calories burned".
Step 5: I've tried many, many times to edit to see if I can get any fields to show up where I can enter "actual" values, but no luck. Regardless, I click "Save and Update".

FYI, I typically use Chrome, but had the SAME EXACT issue in IE.
I'm ready to bail on using FitClick if I can't get the workout tracker to work :(

THANKS in advance for any additional help/insight to what's already on these threads.

Figured it out - FINALLY
Unbelievable. After spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to figure out this problem out for last several days and immediately after admitting defeat and posting here, I figured it out.

Step 2: Once you click "+" to add the exercise to your tracker, go to your "My Exercises" tracker/grid, put your cursor on the dotted lines under the "Actual" column and simply type in your actual distance and/or actual time. There's no field/window/box that pops up to enter actual data, which is what I was looking for to happen. You simply enter the data in the grid on the dotted/dashed lines on your "My Exercises" tracker grid/table.

Step 3: Click "Save and Update".

Hope this helps!
