I cant stopcrashing on my diet!
WEll yeah i/m trying really hard to get down to 125. I am currently 145 and i would like to do this in a 3 months time. On here i have a low fat diet and weight training preogram. But after about 7 o clock i just crash, and eat chips and pop and stuff. How can i stop doing this,. What are good foods to eat?

What I did

Although I do not recommend such weight loss in 3 months, there are a few things I would suggest.

Not eating after 7 or 8 is a good idea. If you must eat, try fresh fruit that has a high water content. (Cantaulope, blue berries, watermelon, etc...) They help accomplish two things. They help curb your hunger, while giving you the satisfaction of having good tasting food. The preferred method would be to only drink water past 7 or 8, but this often leads to binge eating. The best part is that you get the food, but the weight you have added is usually passed through your system by early morning because it is primarily water weight.

As a wrestler for many years, I know plenty of ways to lose weight quickly, but the safest way is a good diet and trying to break a sweat at least once a day with some type of physical activity. Hope this helps! :)

Protein Bars & Kashi Cereal
Raw, I have a similar problem... I often find myself hungry after 8pm and need food (granted, I'm trying to add muscle weight, having already lost 30lbs - meaning high protein and eating 6x a day) to prevent my body from going cannabolic. I had a HUGE problem with junk and chips until I finally said enough is enough. I threw the stuff away... All of it. I didn't even allow it in my house for a month.

In place of the junk I purchased protein bars (I like the Pure Protein 20g bars), Granola bars (not the chewy but Nature Valley ones), and Kashi Go Lean cereal. When I get the munchies or need a late night food, I turn to my granola or Cereal (low fat milk). It gives me protein and very low fat and carbs. Everything my body needs to feel satiated while preventing muscle cannibalization. If I have a sweet tooth, I break out an additional protein bar.

If you are trying to tone down your eating... you may want to use decreasing portions and self control with these healthier foods. Eventually you won't need them anymore. However, denying your hunger pangs is always a bad idea - I've found. Because it leads to binge eating and quitting your diet.

Basically try replacing those snacks with healthier snacks in smaller portions.
Oh, and do yourself a favor, toss the junk food in the trash and pour out the soda... If you're anything like I have been in the past, the temptation to "just have one" will get you... making it easier to do it again and again.

Best of luck!

Crashing the diet
It would probably be helpful to keep a diary to motivate you to stick with your diet, and write down your feelings because there may be some other reason for breaking your diet, such as personal reasons and maybe not, but it helps me to keep that little small journal in my purse whenever I want to start the binge attitude. Also motivate your self and go by those jeans that you want to get into when you get to 125 pounds. Hope that helps Raw.

Last Monday I started on this site and started with a workout (which I train for 6 days) ... I did a great job, maybe I lost about 6 pounds (ooh), but I decided on Saturday to allow myself to relax and a little fun ... well, for lunch I had a taco bell diet and then for dinner I made pineapple brown sugar ham, yellow rice and potato salad (with a light miracle whisk) and ate !!!
It was great, but I felt all bloated and exhausted, on Sunday I had and seems to be an even worse day, topping it off with two cupcakes ....
I feel so guilty and I didn't even want to weigh myself today ... now I am naughty and discouraged !!!
PLEASE, HELP !!!

I am from South Karnataka where ragi-balls / ragi-mudhe is the main course. And we eat balls of raga once a day, for lunch, with gravy and a vegetable dish, it is very good for digestion and promotes weight loss, finds out more information here https://prorganiq.com/blogs/new/benefits-of-eating-ragi .
Ragi keeps you feeling fuller for longer, so you won't have any junk food cravings in the evenings, which is most important for losing weight. Also, you will basically go for a light dinner after lunch of raga. The most important benefit is that it contains complex carbohydrates, keeps you feeling fuller longer, and reduces your appetite for unhealthy foods.
