I have an avatar question
How do I change my avatar from shadow guy to a pic of me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to your profile and click on the shadow guy. It will allow you to upload a photo. Only stipulation is it can only be 1 MB or smaller. Hope it helps. Good luck on your workouts.
