Hi Everyone! Here is my own personal weight loss journey with some added motivation. We all struggle with similar things and I just wanted to let you guys know hard work definitely does pay off. Meal prepping was a huge key to my success, drinking a gallon of water a day and lifting weights. Food wise, I ate and still do eat a lot of grilled chicken, brown rice, spinach and green beans. Seeing you guys motivate each other everyday keeps me motivated, its inspiring to see a community like this, I wish I was apart of it sooner!

You are great and did a great job. I believe that your program will help other people strongly follow their path.
