I need HELP"
Hey everyone! First of all let me start by saying this. I LOVE people & love to help others but when it comes down to helping myself, often times I slack VERY much. That being said, I would like to get back into my healthy lifestyle where I used to eat right & exercise. Nowadays I just cannot get motivated. I have no one close to me that even wants to eat right let alone exercise. I need help.....HELP! ANYONE?

You Can Do It!!!!
Don't give up, cut out a picture of a body you are working towards and put a picture of your face on top of the body....I know it sounds a little odd, but it is my experience that if you can imagine it and get a picture of the image in your mind you can better work towards your goal.....Good Luck!

Begin by setting specific and realistic goals. Ideally set a long term goal and then set a series of short term goals toward the attainment of the long term goal. Some types of goals include build muscle size, trim and tone physique, increase strenght. Look to see what changes in your lifestyle you will have to make. It has to be a lifestyle change. Make sure your program includes the basic components of a successful program. Program components are cardio,weight training,nutrition, and stretching. If you do this you can accomplish your goal.

I need help too, don't we all?
UGH...it has amazed me how I can be so motivated and kick serious butt, then a couple months later be completely beaten by temptation. I am right now battling with my temptation and lack of energy. We all know what we need to do but it is so hard. I am trying something new today. Focusing on the moment, the day. Not worrying about tomorrow or yesterday but just focusing on the day. I am also looking at it as a battle of good and bad. I am mad, sick and tired of the battle, so I am trying to take that anger and use it to overcome my problems. Good luck and I know we can overcome this!
