I need help, want to lose weight, firm up, and look sexier.

You've already started
You're on your way. You made the decision. Now, have you setup your program? The easiest way (I found) is to have the site set it up for you within your schedule and parameters. It records your progress for you. The hardest part, I've found, is doing it.
What you want to do requires work, but it's worth it.
I'll suggest this: Don't weight yourself everyday. Once a week is fine. Eat clean, but save a day (I use Sunday) to splurge. I like ice cream, but I save it for Sunday. I don't feel like I'm sacrificing so much if i have a dessert on Sunday. Cardio is a must, but so is strength training. Don't dawdle. If you're sweating, you're doing it right. Hydrate. Drink water instead of soda, sports drinks. Even diet soda.
Nothing worth doing is easy, but you've started on the path, now you've got to walk.
Remember that you are not alone. Many of us are with you.
