I only do aerobics--should I switch up exercises?
Why do I feel that if my heart monitor shows a higher heart rate that I am buring more calories----therefore I stick with doing some form of aerobic exercise (kickboxing, cardio, etc). Should I change my routine on a regular basis... I notice that on some of your posts that ya'll change up occasionally but don't know the reason why....Please help in my quest for knowledge on this matter!

Your body adapts to whatever it is you are doing. Change occurs when you keep your body guessing. If you are wanting to lose weight you have to add in strength training. The more muscle you have the more calories your body will burn at rest; leading to more calorie burn throughout the day.
