I want to be a fitness model
or atleast have a fitness model body ;)
right now I dont have the money to work out at a gym or even to buy weights. I recently had a baby girl and I noticed my body is a lot flabbier than it was before I got pregnant. Even if I'm close to my pre-pregnancy weight. This has me wanting to tone up. I always wanted the perfect blowflex bod. Never could attain it. My legs have always been my problem areas. But thanks to FitClick I've started exercising again. The only thing I dont like is that theres too many weight and exercise ball exercises. I wish there were more exercises to do without the help of weights and exercise balls because I dont have any. Like more variations of squats, push-ups, lunges, ect would be ideal.
But anyway, I definitely want to be a fitness model, I find the pictures online so inspirational. Its been about 10 years since I've wanted to have my perfect fit body and I think now that I'm a mom it'll be good to strengthen up and show my daughter that women can be strong too.
If you have any tips or suggestions on how best to start out let me know. I will be starting a high protein diet. I notice I gain more muscle when I eat high protein while doing an exercise regimen. Right now I'm not working so I have all this free time at home to work out.

Hi Talecon, Check out the website It is a site specifically for women who compete, want to compete, or just want to look like they compete. There are several incredible trainers who post workout routines and nutrition advice regurlarly. I lived off this sight when I entered my first figure competition.

hey can you afford one dumbell
you can actully buy one dumbell and do dealifts and squats. fitness model is hard im going for body builder. but fitness models also need to have strong core and agility you might wwant to do front side and back planks and work on stretching. they also hold poses that are exteremly hard you dont need weight to get strong you can do iso metrics iso tention. you can through your daughter on your back an do some push ups or pull ups or sqauts. my neace loves it. the hardest part is getting the mind set not the body. the only secret is never give up

I have never understood the urge to keep up with fashion. This is not a skirt or a hoodie or even stiletto heels. Today you are fat and it is not fashionable .. in three years it will be in fashion again. What's the point? I think that you can achieve that but don't forget to stay healthy and to avoid different problems with it. Drink more, eat vitamins etc.
