I'm new and need support
I just signed on today. I have gained forty pounds in the last two years and want to lose all of them. I am starting tomorrow and could use all of the support I could get. Help me love myself again

New to the site but not to dieting
I am making another effort. Thought this site might help. Can't afford to spend money and then gain back.
You must love yourself and know that what you eat is one of sthe only things you can control. I had a really good first day today! How about you?
