I'm new to this
I've been using this site since September 25th. I don't own a scale yet, but people have commented that my face looks thinner. I know a pair of jeans that were too tight on the waist now fit. I was very close to having weight loss surgery because that was the only way I thought I could lose it. Since I was on the Pre-op diet with smaller portions, I began losing a few pounds every week. So I decided to continue on this path. I am very good most days about keeping under my calorie count for losing a pound a week and feel full at the same time. My husband is also charting his food even though he has lost 50 lb. without trying. Isn't that always the way, lol. I have about 70 lbs. to lose before I will be close to my ideal weight where I feel comfortable. I hope to do this over the next year.

Good luck
Good to hear about your success right out of the gate. Makes it so much easier to stick to something when you see that it works right away. Scales are over rated any way, but if you are setting your goals based on weight, you might want to pick one up.
Good luck on the rest of your journey to feeling comfortable in your own skin!!
