Is There a Tutorial?
I'm a brand new user to the site, but I'm having some difficulty figuring out how to use the Workout Tracker. I'm trying to put together a cardio workout, and managed to put the treadmill on the tracker, but it doesn't have a Target Time, and as far as I can see, I can't change the intensity. I'd like to be able to have the intervals of low vs. high intensity on the tracker. I'd also like to be able to print this out so I can take it with me to the gym. Unfortunately, I can't seem to figure out how to use it. I was wondering if there's a Tutorial that I can look at?

Creating Cardio Workouts
Hi TheBaney. Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, we don't yet have a tutorial. However, your issue with cardio target time is actually a bug with our software that we hope to correct in the coming weeks. Also, you cannot set intensity when creating a cardio workout at this time, but you can log it when you record your results in the workout tracker. You can also log all your time and distance results with your actual results. The issue is when creating a cardio workout, target time is not properly recorded. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It says I haven't entered a workout for 3 days
but i have entered one every day---it lists the workout on the workout tracker, but it doesn't register on the "my home" page

Tracking Workouts
To have your results reflected on your "My Homepage, please be sure to click "save and update" and then "submit results" when tracking your workouts.
