Just started but noticing changes already!
I just started tracking last week and just knowing i have to calculate my daily calories and workouts has forced me to think about what and how much i eat.
I have noticed that i am now taking normal sized portions, and calorie intake daily has gone down. I shy away from alcohol more because i know how that kills the diet!
While i am not doing a specific diet rather changing how i eat and think about food. Also tracking the workouts are making me want to do them more! I have always been healthy and in good shape, but since i broke my leg i have gained weight. That was 1 year ago and now am at the point i can resume my workout schedule with more enthusiasm!
