another problem with diet soda
Diet soda (as well as other processed foods) contain chemicals that the liver needs to filter out and dispose of. In very simple terms... the more time the liver spends filtering out toxins, the less time it has to break down and process fats. Our bodies are much more efficient in burning and eliminating fat when we don't eat processed foods and artificial flavorings/sweeteners and preservatives.
