Just new to this! Need friends :)
Hey! I'm new to this and would love to have some encouraging friends on here. I am vegan, 21 and a full time student. I feel a bit lost with this weight loss journey so your help is needed.

Welcome! The best place to start is to track all that you eat. It is eye opening to become aware of exactly what and how much we consume. After you get the hang of tracking then you will see where you want to make changes.

Water
If you don't drink it now, start! Oh and liking it is not a requirement to needing it. Not lemonade, not cyrstal anything, not teas, water means plain life saving water! Everyday at least 64 oz a day, build up to it if you have to.
