Kinda back
Rough last few months. I became busy with making jams and canning and let my exercise and eating go down hill.-I just found an excuse everyday as to why I couldn't do it.
But thats just like me. I'll do well for a few months then slack off. I guess you can call it yo yo dieting . So I'm going to start AGAIN for the hundred time.
I need to follow the prep talks I've given others in the past-EG: just do 10 or 15 mins.

I can't figue it out
major binge last night. 1/2 g vanilla ice cream to begin with. I feel like crap today due to 500+ of carbs yesterday. I wasn't stressed or bored just mindless eating. I'm trying hard today. In fact on getting the trendmill now for 20.

I can feel your pain
I get on a roll weight flying off then something or situation derails me ! but like you ... I just get started again. I was up to great work out... kick out my knee.. but It will get better fast.. so I am just keep on it. You do the same.. and we will win this battle!!
