Logging My Exercise
I've been using FitClick for about 3 wks now to track all calorie intake and exercise. The problem is that I can get my target exercise to log but my actual won't so my tracker is not showing that I'm burning any calories. What am I doing wrong? Help.
The good news is that since I've been writing down every morsel that goes in my mouth I've dropped 5 lbs. Amazing what a difference the awareness does.
