Looking for Friends who can support each other
I'm one week in on this site and I'm 2 pounds down I do like this site but would also like to hear from other people who want to support each other I have been on diets most of my life the last time I lost over 100 pounds now I want to lose the rest so I would really enjoy hearing from anyone else who may just want to talk.

I am really frustrated with my weight. After my 3rd child was born it seems my body had decided to keep all this baby weight. Before he was born 9/2012 I was in the best shape of my life, now I can't even lose 5lbs. I feel like I've tried everything- bootcamp, drinking water, eating coconut oil, running, low carb, etc. I guess I just need to stick with a lower carb diet for a longer period of time then ever before and I'm thinking about adding in 3 more days at the gym to get up to 6 days at the gym per week. I can't think of anything else to do at this point. Would love to have a support group to help me lose these 40 lbs. I currently weigh 173 and I want to weigh 135.

I found the one thing that's works for me is watching the size portions that I'm eating. I have been trying to walk at least 3 times a week. I am 50 and have bad arthritis in both knees and ankles. My son and grandson go with me. I'm here if you ever want to just talk.

Have you tried swimming Yvonne? That is a good non weight bearing exercise that will get you in shape and lose weight-easy on your knees.
But remember as a female we can develope weak bones-that is where walking and running which are calling weight bearing exercise help bulid our bones.

Hi not only are the message boards a good place to meet friends also try the teams. I have a team called fit momma's and I try to post a quote or tip everyday. Good Luck!

I am new to site not even a week yet. I like the site its a little confusing on following and joining but I am really into supporting each other.
