Berries will last A LOT longer if you rinse them in a vinegar solution before you store them away in the fridge.
FILL your sink with cold water.
ADD one cup of white vinegar
TOSS in all your berries and other produce.
STIR and soak for a few minutes.
REMOVE produce and store as usual!
BERRIES will last days (if not weeks) longer in the fridge!
This really works for me... I do it all the time and eat strawberries daily, only purchasing once a week or so :)
