Looking for other Clean Eating fans to help stay on track
Hello! I have been working on cleaning up my diet for about a month now. Man is it hard! I never realized just how much junk there was on the market trying to pass it's self off as food!
I'm looking to give and receive support from others looking to "clean up " their eating habits too. If you thinhk that food should also be naturaly good for you. I would love to hear how you stay balenced in the face of temptation.

I'm working hard to clean up my diet again. It's really hard with a teenager and a husband who both think the more fat and sugar the better. They always want dessert and when we are low on food at the end of the pay period they want to go to Burger King. ugh makes me crazy.
I also have problems with variety but this sites meal generator is helping with that

Clean Eating
"stay(ing) balenced in the face of temptation" is something that is a work in progress. My parents are visiting from Alaska, (been here since mid Nov, leaving on Weds) and it's been wonderful having them, but my Dad, like me, has a "chip tooth". (Ice cream, candy, cookies in the house, I could frankly care less) So I have been dealing with having chips. I tell myself my goal is more important than having chips, I am stronger than that chip, whatever. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not. On Wednesday whatever chips are left will be in the garbage. At this stage i am not going to beat myself up.
This is my favorite cooking website: http://kalynskitchen.blogspot.com/
I need to get ready for a yoga class, I have not taken one in years.
Add me as a friend, we can work through this together!!

quick tip
when at the grocery store, try not to go down any isles in the middle. that is where all the processed foods, junk food, and other prepared foods are. The outsides Ie dairy, meats, veggies are where the better healthier foods are. By living by this rule it is much easier to shop for healthier foods.

I know what you mean..
My husband and 7 year old daughters have the worst sweet tooth. I have to stay away from one of the cabinets, thats where they keep their "crude" food ( as we call it )...LOL..Good Luck

Clean eating fans
Hi there,
I'm all about clean eating and happy to chime in about what works for me. I find that my clean eating efforts work best when I practice weekly meal planning. This week we're eating some yummy clean foods - white bean and kale soup, Moroccan turkey meatballs, fresh tuna burgers and quinoa with sundried tomatoes to name a few.
Check out my website for my clean eating ideas: http://www.DontWorryGetHealthy.com
Cheers,
Wendy
