Looking for someone to keep me motivated!
I am 35 years old, have a 7 year old and will be starting a new career soon. I have totally lost my motivation.
I want to lose 80 lbs and eventually run a 1/2 marathon.
I seem to always put me last and even though I now have the time to work out, I just would rather watch tv or read.

I need someone to be accountable to and keep me on track.

I am looking for a buddy maybe another mom that I can share our weight loss journey together and help each other be successful.

I can help
kimh

Go to the message board and read my Success story and if you think I would be a good fit to help you with your motivation...let me know...our age difference may be a deterent for you, but I have my daughter as a client she is 23 as well as another gal who just had a baby and she is 28...my clients are all ages and sizes...I bring some history with me so I understand...and I currently have fallen into the couch syndrome myself in the past few months so it would be good to have a buddy or two to be accountable to.

We can help each other be motivated.
Hi kim, we can help each other be motivated. I'm actually new to this as of today. You seem to be like me, I am always looking for someone to work out with me, but everyone around me seems to always be busy. You and me are somewhat alike. I am also a single mother of a 3 year old going to be 4 this year. I gained weight ever since i had her and got out of the military. Before I had my daughter I always stayed 120lbs before and after bootcamp. I absolutely love working out but lately i've been so busy with school and work, that i get lazy. But now I really am trying to get back on track and make 2009 my year. I hope I can help you too by keeping track of each other. I hope to get a reply from you, and we can start planning this together. I like motivating people, and I thing I'll do better if someone keeps me motivated too. Hope to hear from you soon.

Nothing can motivate better than health problems due to being overweight or wanting to look beautiful. I belong to the first category. My doctor made me happy with a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes a couple of years ago. This was a direct result of overeating and overweight. And I chose a gym and health then. It was hard for me at the very beginning and I began to use CBD oil - https://purekana.com/products/churro-pure-picks/ This herbal medicine helped to remove pain in the strained muscles and soothe nerves. You can remember this for your motivation.
