Looking for someone to push me to keep it up.
for the past few years a havent been able to stick with working out for more then a month or two. Life always seems to get in the way. when i was in the best shape of my life i had someone who would remind me to keep pushing to workout harder that i could always get in better shape. Looking for someone to do this now and i will return the favor.

Thanks,

Chris

I have the same problem. I am hoping that this sort of check in system will work for me. Good luck

Accountability
Accountability is a huge component to lifestyle change. If we can't find enough people in our circles of family and friends who are like-minded on the fitness journey we have to get creative in our sources of accountability. Setting daily goals of logging into fitclick and earning 'points' here is one way of getting a form of accountability in place. Participation in the FitClick community in itself won't make the pounds come off or build muscle mass BUT it can provide a powerful form of accountability that is crucial to success in creating lifestyle change.

The 5 elements of fitness and fat loss...
Cardio-Vascular Training
Strength Training
Proper Nutrition
Mental/Emotional Re-Training
Accountability
