The same 20 pounds.
HI there, today is my first day on this site. I have done every diet under the sun and have not been successful at keeping the weight off. I am getting older and have some struggles with sticking to a strict no carb, no fat, drinking shakes kind of a diet. I too want to lose 20 lbs and have stuggled with this 20 punds forever, I hope that tracking calories and excercises on this site will help me to stick to it. I have two children at home and a wonderful husband who are very supportive but as most of you know, it is not easy for children to understand the reasons for not having ice cream or chips in the house, ever! So I am hoping that with some support and tracking what I am doing I can stick to it. Thanks
