Im not losing any weight according to the scale but I see a difference when I look at myself in the mirror. Is my mirror a fake or is this possible???

Muscle Mass
When most people get consistent with their exercise routine and includes weight lifting, you will start to gain muscle mass. Muscle is actually smaller in area than fat. So to put it in other terms, 1 pound of fat will look larger than 1 pound of muscle since muscle is more dense.

If you are weight lifting, you may weigh the same but your body will change shape and get more "fit" which is why you're seeing your body change.

The above comments are right. Muscle mass is much denser than fat. Either way, if you like the way you're looking in the mirror, who cares what the scale says?! If it were up to me, I would throw out all scales for the first couple months of anyones workout. I used to use a scale too many times a day, guaging my weight to see if I would make weight later that week. Now that I am done with sports, I don't check my weight unless I need to. If you look good to you, then who cares what some scale reads?

Focus on the benefits of looking good in the mirror compared to looking good on the scale. Keep rockin it!! :D

Thanks
Thank You so much for the encouragement and the info, I guess I'm just impatient on waiting on the results I seek. I guess if you don't know about this stuff it's easy to get down on your self. Thanks again.
