Lovin' my oatmeal
For some reason I think oatmeal tastes better if I use light soy milk. Have you ever tried soy milk in oatmeal?

This is a treat with your oatmeal
After your oatmeal is cooked top it off with any flavour of Greek Yogurt.

soy
I don't do soy its bad for the thyroid. And its in everything. But hey if you like it and can tolerate it great. Have you every tried rice milk? Its really good and didn't notice a differance between the soy and the rice. I went back to 2% milk but I put fruit in my oatmeal. Hey try my lumpy applesauce recipe and add it to your oatmeal its great.

When I drink milk I like skim it taste the same as the rest. Soy milk and rice milk are not good for men because there is to much estrogen in them. Men are not going to volunteer to drink estrogen willingly.

No Soy
Agree with freakfreeloader regarding soy, too much estrogen (don't need so much as we age). Greek yogurt is a good choice. I also add a little protein powder to mine and use non-fat milk.
