Maybe I need to redeem some of my points--unsure though
Guess I need to access what you can redeem points for. As I understand it you don't lose your total accumulativ points if you redeem these points---right?

Total Activity Points not affected
Correct. Redeeming points does not impact your Total Activity Points or overall standing.
