Meal Replacements
Just curious about everyone's thoughts on meal replacements. I'm starting over again Monday with my weight loss battles and am often too tired/ busy to cook a low calorie/nutritious meal for myself, ending up eating something fast tat isn't beneficial to losing weight. Wondering about meal replacement sHakes???

Don't wait until Monday to start. You should start today. Sometimes when I'm in a hurry I'll grab slim-fast bar or shake. A low-fat diet is working for me. Good Luck!

Meal replacements aren't bad in a pinch but they don't solve the long term problem. Even if you could stick to the meal replacements long enough to reach your goal weight... what would be the plan for maintaining that weight? Finding solutions to the long term problems and making changes that you can live with permanently is key to real success. Get started on the journey of discovering the elements of good nutrition :)

Cook ahead and divide into serving portions, freeze. You now have something easy to prepare for a meal. Adding fresh veggies and fruits to all your meals takes only minutes.

Shakeology works wonders if you're looking for a good meal replacement! I swear by the stuff. It fills you up just enough AND leaves you with energy.

I have been on a meal relacement shake, along with vitamins, for a few months now. I've lost over 20 lbs. and my body fat has dropped to 8%. I do strongly recommend exercise and eat HEALTHY when you do eat! Good nutrition will take you a long way! But be careful, there are some harmful products out there!
