Medication affecting metabolism
I am on medication which causes me to gain wieght easily. This medication I was told affected my rate of metabolism. I need advise on how to increase my rate of metabolism, so that I can stop gaining wieght and start losing wieght.

THE best invention ever, mostly for people who dont really like to do cardio for hrs.

The way it works is you chose a cardio machine(elleptical, treadmill) and you start off by doing 5 min, regular pace, then go as fast as you can for 1 min, slow down for 1 and half miin, then go as fast as you can again and so on....

the reason it's so awesome is because it surprises your heart when you change speeds like that, wich keeps it guess, wich keeps it pumping without exhaustion....

do this for 20 min or more if you can

and eat wholesome foods and cut as much sugar out as you can!

in regards to peanuta raisin your metabolism, yes its true, but there's also a down side, dont eat too much they are very hight in fat, (yes i know good fats)

to be truthfull, healthy protiens, like chicken, turkey, nuts, low fat cuts of red meats ect.....all raise your metabolism

sugar raises your metabolism, you get an insulin spike, but whatch out for the drop....and when you excersise, instead of buning your fat, you burn the sugary fats

just cut out the junk and eat healty wholsome food with exercise!!!

no need for pills, no need to starve, no need of anything but common sense!!
