OK girls lets get to it
Hi everyone, how do we want to do this? Daily check in? Let everyone know of our struggles? Tough love? Accountability on diet and exercise? Lets put our ideas out and help each other to health, cus I know Im not going to be my Daughters lovely bodies but I do want to live long enough to play with my great grandchildren when that happens!!!! Cant wait to read what you all say!!!!

I'm Your Girl
I match your symptoms to the tee. I have been in menapause since around 2003 due to radiation for breast cancer. I am so tired of hot flashes!! I also have the belly fat. I thought I had a tumor because I feel like it came out of nowhere. If you have not already found your support system I would love to be a partner. i just signed up today. Wish me luck.

I just joined todya and I am turning 50 in a couple of weeks. I have been suffering from menopause for about 6 years now due to radiation for breast cancer. I am so tired of sweating in public. I get so embarrassed. I would love to join the "hot flash" club!!! We are striving to be hot in more ways than one!!
