Messed up knee
Anyone know what would cause the back of my knee to feel like a muscle is being ripped when I try to straighen it or bend it. Even walking feels like its streching something in the back of my knee. It just started doing it for no reason.

Go see a doctor
I know I am not qualified to give medical advice and speaking as someone who has had knee replacement surgery I can tell you knees are important and need lots of care and attention. I would go see a doctor as soon as possible.

Sounds painful
I agree with the other comment. You should have a doctor look at it and not attempt to self diagnose. I hope it feels better soon!

Yea I thought I could walk and work it out but guess not. I did make me an appointment before I really mess something up. Thanks

figured it out
I think I know whats causing my issues, I just bought a older jacked up truck to save miles on my jeep. Im short and have been struggling getting in and out of it. I noticed yesterday when I jumped down the impacked when right up my knee. Thats about when my problems started so no more truck for awhile to see if it gets better.
