Whatever you weight was reduced and you had a beautiful figure you need to balance your diet and physical activity. We lose weight when we burn more calories than we consume. You can also try the warrior diet. It's a feeding system - intermittent starvation. Its benefits are a nutrition plan that involves fasting for quite a long period of time. You can find more information on BetterMe. People who adhere to this food system eat just like ancient warriors. They fast for 20 hours and eat plenty of food for 4 hours in the evening. Eating a short four-hour window can help you get a slim and healthy body.
